WILKES-BARRE — Richard S. Edley, PhD, President & CEO of the Rehabilitation & Community Providers Association (RCPA), hosted a Legislative Breakfast Friday morning to discuss and advocate for issues members face.

While Edley and about 75 members gathered at the Westmoreland Club in Wilkes-Barre, one issue was front and center — funding.

Edley said RCPA continues to monitor federal and state issues, working closely with all its partners, educating legislators and staff, and updating its membership on key policy discussions in areas of critical importance, such as Medicaid (e.g., Federal HR 1) and its impact on service provision.
